KONGDY have been a wonderful product for relieving pain from muscle tension and strain. They also help me with Migraine pain (I put it on my neck, or cut one and put on temples). I have been using them for more than 20 years, after they were recommended by a doctor back when you could only purchase them at Asian markets.
This new "redesigned" version still has the wonderfully soothing effect from the Camphor (3.1%), Menthol (6.0%), and Methyl Salicylate (10.0%), however, I wish they were as sticky as the old ones. These ones sweat or fall off much easier. The old ones left a little rash on my back, but it wasn't painful and was worth it for the prolonged wear. Overall, I do highly recommend these. Another option is looking at Dollar Tree for their generic ones, which are as good as the old design, or trying CVS brand generic ones, which are pretty sticky too.
KONGDY makes other, more expensive versions such as the one for Arthritis, and I will say that they seem to be hype, as they have less in the package, the same %'s of the same active ingredients, and cost more.
Unbelievable! I am amazed at how good these KONGDY patches are. I have since ordered two more lots. The large 12X 18CM, I cut in strips for my knees,with the larger size for my lower back. I am waiting on a knee replacement (arthritic) & had a Baker's Cyst problem in my other knee. Mobility was seriously compromised & painful. I cannot take any form of anti inflammatory medication. I speak only from my own personal experience of these. Almost instantaneously, certainly within half a minute or so, after applying them, I could feel the pain easing in my right knee (the B Cyst one)! Not as dramatic in my arthritic knee. Both knees have freed up markedly from a pain & mobility point of view. I was not into golf, rock climbing or anything super ambitious. I am 73 and want to be able to walk, shop, enjoy my grand daughters & keep mobile for my own health and well being. Large pads certainly ease lower back pain slower & not as fast as knees. Recommend 100%
I have no idea about chronic back pain, neck pain... any of that.. all I know is in my foot, where the nerves meet in the inside ankle area, these patches are a MIRACLE.
